Technical constructions
Containers and tanks are our key products. We are also able to produce steel constructions.We have many years of experience in the production of semi-trailers, trailers, powerpacks, constructions for fire brigades.
– Constructions for fire brigades – We have been cooperating for many years with a producers equipment for fire brigades, ensuring quality, continuous improvement and timely deliveries. We produce a broad range of products from storage lockers as well as semitrailers for fire trucks.
– Trailers – We have been producing car trailers for many years. We are able to produce container trailers, construction trailers, low-bed trailers and load platforms. We have experience in the production of semi-trailers made of both S235 and S690QL steel. Examples of our products in the above photo presentation.
– Building structures – We are certified factory for the production of constructions for building market too (eg elements of halls, platforms, chimneys, balustrades etc.) Our steel structures are marked with CE (acc. to EN 1090-2) and fulfill the requirements of the European Directives. We are able to produce structures made of carbon steel and stainless steel.
We have the qualified engineering staff, therefore we are able to design constructions directly at the customer’s request. We are able to perform calculations, simulations of designed construction and choose the best parametrs.
We have a certified welding and painting process. We are able to produce welding construction in the highest quality. We have been working according to certified quality systems (EN ISO 3834-2 for welding processes, BRL K-790 for painting processes). We can offer various wet painting systems (e.g C3, C4, C5) ensuring the highest quality. In cooperation with our partners, we can also offer protection such as galvanizing and powder coating
